This paper investigates the impact of cultural change on peace prospects. It challenges the traditional view of culture as static and impervious to change, arguing that contemporary cultures are rapidly evolving due to technological advancements and philosophical ideas. The study aims to understand how the erosion of cultural diversity and the tendency towards cultural cloning influence peace and violence between nations. It concluded that the historical development of cultures with emphasis on the identities of those who represent it, whether ethnic, religious, gender or national, within the framework of acquaintance, recognition, respect for differences, ensuring the continuation of the species and achieving civilization would establish peace, coexistence, cooperation and solidarity at the level of individuals, groups, states and international governmental and non-governmental organizations, as well as ensuring the activation of global governance, which in turn is able to manage challenges that international law is unable to solve so far, nor can the great powers spare themselves or others their negative lived and expected effects.
